Recent Enhancements
Email Only Users
Permissions have been expanded so that Full Users can be permissioned to add Email Only Users to your System.
All Full Users on your system have been given this permission. It can be turned off for any user by your System Administrator or AccTRACKER Customer Service.
Email Only Users can only receive Email Alerts from other users on your System. They cannot logon or access the System. They are at added at no charge and are not notified when they are added.
Add Email Alert Only User:
- In the Navigation drop-down - click the link User Profile - Email Only User.
- Enter the user name and email address.
- Click the Add User button.
Email Alerts can be scheduled to be sent automatically, as well as be sent manually.
Alerts are available to be sent from:
My Stuff / My Notes - a "Save as you Go" button has been added in Edit Mode. Click the icon on the left side of the toolbar to save the text of a note as you're writing a note.
Install timeline - a new section has been added to track the training and setup status for new users on your system.

Recent Enhancements
Enhancement to the Multiple Account / Contact Add Form
The Multiple Account / Contact Add form is used to quickly add accounts and contacts all on one form.
We've enhanced the form to enable adding Contacts, Email Addresses, Phone Numbers and Account Type to existing accounts on the system.
This is a simple and quick way to add missing account and contact information that was not added initially.
Add Information using the Multi-Add Form:
- Access the the form in the Navigation Drop-down with the link Add Multi Accounts.
- Click the Display Existing Accounts button.
- This will display a Reports Set-up for the Account Listings report page. Select the Report Options and Tags to display the segment of accounts/contacts that you want to add info to.
- Click the Submit button. The desired report will display.
- Click the Return to Mult-Add button. The Mult-Add form will display.
- Add missing information to be uploaded on the form.
Contact Search Report - an option to display only the Primary Contact has been added.
Contact module - an option to include Email 2 has been added.
Permissions for Company Wide Reports have been adjusted. Users now need to permission to schedule Company Wide reports.

Recent Enhancements
New Multiple Account / Contact Add Form
Save time by using the new Multiple Account / Contact Add form to quickly add accounts and contacts all on one form.
Access the the form in the Navigation Drop-down with the link Add Multi Accounts.
Ten input lines initially display - then increments of ten lines can subsequently be added.
Existing Account Names on the system cannot be duplicated.
Coverage is a required field.
** Coming soon - additional enhancements to
the Multi Add Form that will
enable updates to existing accounts, such as contacts, phone numbers, email addresses etc.

Recent Enhancements
"My Task Tab" - Renamed to "My Tasks/Alerts"
To better represent the functionality in the My Tasks tab, it's been renamed to My Tasks/Alerts.
Keep in mind the My Tasks/Alerts tab is a private page for each user. Your System Administrator does not have access. It can be used for account and non-account related items.
Tasks and Alerts are set in this tab.
Alerts for individual Tasks can be set using Email alerts and System Pop-up alerts.
Alerts for the Full Task Page - or the Task Page with Date filters - can be scheduled to be automatically sent via email. Daily, weekly and monthly options are available.
See the Help notes in the Tasks / Alerts section for more detail.
Lead List - LinkedIn URL's Added
Fields for Company LinkedIn URL and Individual LinkedIn URL have been added to Lead List Entries.
When adding a lead to a new account, the Company LinkedIn URL will be added to the Acct. Profile page for that new account - the Individual LinkedIn URL will be added to the Acct. Contact Page for that person.
Checklists
The Note field has been expanded.
A Checklist Status row has been added - labeled Checklist Status in bold. It is a permanent row located at the top of the Checklist. It 's used to track the status of the entire Checklist.
Mobile Version
The Contact page on the Mobile System has been enhanced.
Individual LinkedIn URL's have been added.
The Contact Notes have been expanded and repositioned.

Your Personal Task List can be automatically sent to you via email - options include Daily, Weekly or Monthly. (My Task Tab)

Once a Checklist is built, the System will automatically create a corresponding Checklist Report on the Reports Tab.
The Checklist resides on the Acct. Data Tab. Permission is required to create it. Contact your AccTRACKER rep to add multiple Checklists to your System.

Checklists, Acct. Contact Note
Checklists
Checklists have always been available as custom functionality - built by us and hardcoded according to a users' requirements.
They have now been added to the Core functionality - able to be built, edited and configured in real-time.
Checklists can be used to track the status of various projects or processes - such as Onboarding New Clients, Contract Status, Document Tracking and such - completely user-defined.
- Checklist Rows will be the same for all accounts on your system.
- Additional Checklists Columns can be added at the account level.
- The Checklist resides in the Acct. Data tab / Sub-tab - Checklists.
Contact your AccTRACKER rep to initially set up the Checklist.
Acct. Contacts - Contact Note
In the Acct. Contact tab, the personal contact note has been enhanced.
The note has been moved up, now located under the list of email addresses.
In View and Edit mode - so as to be more easily read - the note can be expanded horizontally. Additionally, the character limit has been expanded to be unlimited.
Use the Contact Note to document specific info about the contact - not necessarily related to a sale or account management - such as personal conversations, mutual relationships and such.

New Login Access
We've recently completed an upgrade to our servers - which will increase capacity, speed and all around efficiency of the AccTRACKER system.
Login Access will change slightly on Monday, May 9th:
- Website access. If you login using our website www.acctrackercrm.com - continue to do so - you'll notice no changes.
- Landing Page access. If you login using the Login Landing Page - that page will change beginning Monday, May 9th to - www.sales-tracker.com/_CRM
Bookmark this for future access.
Your login email address and password will remain the same.

Dashboard Enhancements
Sales Report -
Links for Target and Actual Close Dates
added
On the Dashboard, in the Sales Report column, links have been added to quickly display the Sales Report with date-range options for Target Close Dates and Actual Close Dates.
Click the gold arrow to display a drop-down to choose either Target or Actual Close Date. The date-range options display in the Sales Report column - they include:
- Current month
- Previous month
- Next 7 days
- Next 30 days
- Next 60 days
- Last 30 days
- Over 30 days
Clicking one of these options will generate a Sales Report with sales items for the selected date range for Target or Actual Close Dates.
Lead List - Link for Action Date added
On the Dashboard, in the Lead List column, a link has been added to quickly display the Lead List with date-range options for Next Action Dates.
Click the gold arrow to display a drop-down to select the Next Action Date option. The date-range options display in the Lead List column - they include:
- Today
- Next 7 days
- Last 7 days
- Next 14
- Next 30
- Last 30 days
- Over 30 Days
Clicking one of these options will generate the Lead List items for the selected date range for Next Action Date.
Dashboard Graphs
Graphs have been added to the Dashboard. Each Dashboard column has a corresponding bar and pie graph.
A Bar Graph for Tasks displays when first accessing the dashboard.
Click a column heading to change the graph - ex. Account Notes, Sales Report etc.
Change the graph type by selecting either Bar or Pie - located to the left of the graph.

Main Tabs - Color Changes
So as to provide better visual separation between the Acct. Tabs and all other Tabs - the Acct. Tabs have been changed to White - which now visually links them to the Active Account.
Being an account-driven system is one of the distinguishing factors that make usage and navigation simple and easy on AccTRACKER.
Its done by using an Active Account, which is displayed in the Gold bubble in the upper-left side.
The 5 Acct. Tabs contain information for the displayed Active Account - the Acct. Tabs are:
- Acct. Contacts
- Acct. Profile
- Acct. Data
- Acct. Sales
- Acct. Notes

Quick Add Account - Add Contacts and Account Number
Constant Contact Email History in Acct. Contacts Tab
Quick Add Account Form - Add Contacts and Account Number now included
Adding Contacts and Account Number are now included when adding a new account using the Quick Add Account form.
Contact info includes first name, last name, email and office phone.
Multiple contacts can be added - click the Add New Contact link to display additional line items to enter additional contacts.
Once the account and contacts have been added, additional contact information can be added on the Acct. Contacts tab.
Constant Contact Email History on Acct. Contacts Tab
For users of Constant Contact integration:
Further simplifying the ability to review each contacts' Constant Contact Email History - a link has been added to the left-side list of contacts in the Acct. Contacts tab to display the CC email history.
For each contact, at the right-side of the list, click the yellow CC button to display a pop-up of the CC email history for that contact.
The pop-up displays the number of:
- Lists
- Sends
- Opens
- Clicks
- Forwards
- Bounces

Email Integration Updates
Address and Domain Search / Add Contacts:
With our Email Integration functionality - emails you send from any email application (Outlook, Gmail etc.) can be seamlessly uploaded to your AccTRACKER system. Just BCC or CC your companyname @ acctracker email address to upload. (See below to find your company email address)
All incoming emails reside in your Master Email Inbox, and if an email address (contact) from an incoming email is already in the system, the incoming email will also display in the Acct. Notes Tab Email Inbox.
Incoming Emails can then be added as a New or to an Existing Account Note - or left in the Acct. Note Tab Inbox.
Email Address Search and Add Contact Enhanced
Now from the Master Inbox - after clicking Save as Note - for the incoming email, the System will search for both a Matching Email Address and a Matching Domain Name.
- If the Email Address from an incoming email is in AccTRACKER - click that Email Address line to begin adding the incoming email as an Account Note to that matching account.
- If there is only a Matching Domain from an incoming email - indicating the account is probably in the System, but not the person on the email - click on that Domain to begin adding the incoming email as an account note to the account with the matching domain.
- If there is no address or domain match - click the Add New Account Button to add the Account and Contact(s) to the System - then add the incoming email as a note to that new account.
(The ability to add a contact on the Add New Account form has just been added.)
Locate your Company BCC Email address (Custom Help).
Click on the yellow help Icon in the upper right-side. Click the Custom Help link, displayed as Help - your company name. Click on the Email Integration help link.

Email Integration Updates

All incoming emails reside in your Master Email Inbox (accessed in the Navigation drop-down). Email addresses already in the system will be mapped to their respective account and then also display in the Acct. Notes tab / Inbox button.
The Master Email Inbox has been enhanced so as to identify whether the address (contact) of an uploaded email in the Inbox is already in the system.
- In the Inbox - in the "To" and "From" columns, a green checkbox will display indicating the email address/contact is in the system.
- Click the checkbox to switch into that account - click the Acct. Notes Tab / Inbox button to add that email to the Account Notes - OR
- Click the Email - then Click the Save as Note button in the right-side display and follow the steps to add the email as an account note.
Locate your Company BCC Email address (Custom Help).
Click on the yellow help Icon in the upper right-side. Click the Custom Help link, displayed as Help - your company name. Click on the Email Integration help link.

Recent Enhancements
User Notepad
A pop-up User Note Pad has been added. Access the Note Pad from the Quick Navigation Links drop-down (Left-side). The Note Pad is private for each user.
Use the Note Pad in place of a paper notebook to take notes throughout your work day. The text in the Note Pad can be saved and will display the next time the Note Pad is accessed. A 5 minute auto save feature will be added this week.
Our text editor is included - so as to bold, underline choose font styles, sizes, colors, and much more. Use the "Save Note and Continue" button to save text as you work - it's located on the far left-side on the editor toolbar.
Group Email
- New functionality allows contacts to be added to Group Lists directly from existing Lists - making it easier to create new lists and/or replicate existing lists.
- For Constant Contact users - this functionality is also available from the "View Campaigns" report.
- "Horizontal Expand" has been added to open the right-side on the Group Email tab.
For our Standard Group Email, the right side displays in an expanded view.
For Constant Contact users, click the arrow on the right side of the header (next to Modified Date).
Overdue Task Alerts
A option has been added to display overdue Task Alerts. On the My Tasks tab, in the menu, click the "Show Overdue Tasks" link to display your overdue tasks in a gold bubble pop-up.

Mobile User Interface Upgrade
We're happy to announce the release of our updated user-interface for AccTRACKER Mobile. It's accessible on any mobile web browser.
Login to Mobile from our website - www.acctrackercrm.com - then click Link to Mobile - or login directly at www.acctracker.com/_MOBILE
Your Username is the email used to login to the AccTRACKER System. Your Password remains the same.
Access and update Account and Contact information, Account Notes and your Lead List.
We'll be sending all users an email confirming their Mobile access.
There's more to come. Additional functionality is in the works and coming soon - as well as further announcements around AccTRACKER Mobile.

File Attachments - Multi Add Capability Now Available
Uploading multiple File Attachments at once from your computer into AccTRACKER is now available.
File Attachments are always specific to an Active Account and are kept in the Acct. Data tab, sub-tab Attachments.
File Attachments can also be added to Account Notes. While adding or editing a note - click the Paperclip Icon to access the existing file attachments for that account and/or add new files from your computer.
If a File is uploaded and added to a note, those Files will display in the note and also be added to the Acct. Data / Attachments tab.
Keep in mind that the Attachments Report - located in the Reports tab, Report List column - is available so as to view all Attachments in your System. Options include:

Email Integration - Account Specific Email Inbox
We've added an Email Inbox for each account on your system - making email integration simpler and even more seamless.
With our Email Integration functionality (Email to Notes) - emails you send from any email application (Outlook, Gmail etc.) can be automatically uploaded to your AccTRACKER system.
When sending an email, CC or BCC your company name @ acctracker.com (Contact your AccTRACKER rep or email Help@acctracker.com to learn your exact email address).
Here's how the Account Inbox works:
For incoming emails, the system will match the email address with an existing email address in the system (in an Acct. Contacts tab).
The Account Inbox is located in the Acct. Notes tab. Click the Inbox button to display all emails associated with contacts in that account.
Once the Inbox is displayed, follow the same procedures to move the email to a note - either creating a new note or adding to an existing note.
The full functionality of the Notes section is available for those emails such as setting next action dates, adding tags etc.
To simplify your workflow, use the Email to Notes functionality regularly to insure documentation and follow-ups are never missed.

Email Integration Enhancements

They are displayed in your Email Inbox - then can be moved to the Account Notes section for desired accounts or contacts.
An option has been added so that these emails can now be added to Existing Account Notes - as well as creating a new note.
Add to Existing Note:
- Go to the Email Inbox (Navigation drop-down)
- Select an Email to move - then select the Save as Note button
- Select an Account or Contact
- Select "Add to Existing Note" from the pop-up
- The Note List will display for that Account - select the desired Note to add the email to
- Complete the Note details at bottom and click the Save to Note button
Workflow Simplified
- When sending an email - BCC your companyname @ acctracker - to upload the email to your Email Inbox.
- From the Inbox - move the email to Acct. Notes for the selected Account.
- Set the Next Action Date in the Account Note - and/or add a Task for that Note - then set the Next Action Date for the Task.
Those Next Action Dates will display in your Dashboard - insuring follow-ups are never missed.
All email correspondence will be kept in one central location (Acct. Notes) - making it simple to locate and simple to review the status of any account.

Dashboard Updates
Saved Reports
For easier access to your Saved Reports, they are now also available from the User Dashboard - making managing your daily workflow even simpler using the Dashboard. (They continue to be accessible from the Reports tab)
Click the Saved Reports button in the upper-right to display the list of Saved Reports, both company-wide and individual user reports.
Scheduling reports to generate and be sent automatically needs to be done through the Saved Reports button on the reports tab.
Dashboard - Company Wide View
A Company Wide Dashboard view has been added. Permissions are needed to access this.
This view has options to display Next Actions for each individual user and a consolidated view displaying all Next Actions for all users.
Task Items remain private to the user - and cannot be viewed on the Company wide view.
For users with permissions, a drop-down will display choices for All Users and Individual Users.

User Dashboard Added (New Tab)
A new User Dashboard has been added. Click the new main tab labeled Dashboard to access it.
The dashboard displays 4 sections with a consolidated view of all scheduled Next Actions for a user.
- Account Notes
- Sales Tracking Report (Currently Main Sales Report)
- Tasks (Personal User Task Page)
- Leads
Next Action Dates need to be assigned to these items and only accounts with your coverage will display.
Click either the number or descriptor in the desired column to generate a view.
Ex. Under Sales Items - click Next 7 (or the corresponding number of items) to display a Sales Report for next actions in the upcoming 7 days.
Added Simplicity. The Dashboard will help you more effectively manage your daily, weekly and monthly workflow - and insure next actions and follow-ups are never missed.
We expect to release a management view of the Dashboard very shortly.

Contact Search added to Email Integration
Email Inbox - Auto Add Emails to Account Notes
Currently, using the Email Inbox, emails sent from Outlook, or any other email application, can be automatically uploaded and entered into Account Notes.
When moving an email to an Account, an option has been added to search by Contact, as well as by Account, to select the desired account to add the email to.
Now after selecting the Email from the Inbox, clicking the Save as Note button displays a combined Account/Contact Selector.
Search by either Account or Contact to display the account (and contacts). Then from the list, click the desired Account or Contact to populate the Active Account gold bubble below and move the email.
As a Reminder:
- CC or BCC your company-name@acctracker.com email.
- In the Navigation drop-down, click the Email Inbox link.
- Click the desired email. The email displays on the right side.
- Click the Save as Note button.
- Select the account using the Account / Contact Selector.
- The account name will display in the Active Account gold bubble below.
- Set the Account Note details in the bottom section (Description, Note Type, Note Tag, Contact etc.)
- Select Archive, Delete, Leave in Inbox.
- Click Save to Note button.
- The System switches to that account - the email is inserted and saved to a new account note.

Account Number Search / Lead List Enhancements
Account Number Search
An option to search by Account Number to switch to an account has been added in the Account Selector pop-up.
- Click Select Account in the Navigation Dropdown.
- Type in an account number, or any part of it, in the Search Account Number input field.
- Click the Search # button.
- Click the desired account in the displayed list to switch to that account.
Lead List Enhancements
- The Add New Lead form has been expanded.
- Referral Tracking is now integrated with the Lead List. Use the Company or Individual Referral drop-downs to add the source of a lead - which contain your existing list of referrals - or add new referrals when creating a new Lead.
- The View and EDIT modes have been expanded to include the new fields. Click the arrow on the left-side to open the expanded view.
- Search capability added. Search any column using the Search Bar below the headers.

Account Notes Report - Full Text of Note added to Report Display
We've added an option to display the text of each Account Note in the Account Notes Report. The new text column will be labeled Note Contents and will carry full formatting over to the report - such as bolding, underlines, bullets etc.
Displaying the text can be especially useful when filtering with Next Actions set for the current (Today) or next few upcoming days. This then provides a detailed one-page view of notes for all accounts needed to be followed up on within the specified time frame.
Also use the display text option with other grouping of notes by selecting a Report Option(s) and/or Tags and Filters to group them.
Run the Report by selecting Account Notes in the Report List - then in Report Options, check "Include Note Text in Report".

New Sales Summary Report - added to Core Suite of Reports
Previously the Sales Summary Report has been a custom report, provided to clients on a requested basis. We've now added it as a part of AccTRACKER's Core suite of reports - available to everyone. It is a very effective report to determine the high-level status of a sales product or project.
Access the report on the Reports Tab / Reports List / Sales Summary link.
The Summary Report displays each Product in 2 lines with columns for each Stage.
- In separate columns, the totals for each Stage displays (ex. Prospect - 21, In Progress - 15, Revisit - 25, etc.)
- In the same columns, in the line below, the percentage of each Stage compared to the total number of Stages is
displayed.
The report can be run for all Products or selected Products. Your underlying Sales Report can be generated from the Summary Report - click the button - Run Underlying Report.
Very shortly we will be adding functionality to generate the underlying report with a selected Product (s) from the Summary report.

New Streamlined Add Account Form
New Add Form
To speed up the account entry process, we've added a new streamlined Add Account form. Access the new form using the Quick Add Account link in the Navigation drop-down (upper-right side).
A Save and New option is available so that after saving a new account, a new Add Account form will display. Whether using Save and New or just Save, the System will switch the active account to the newly entered account.
For further simplicity, the Account Name field remains the only required field for an account to be added - all other fields can be left blank - such as Account Type, Business Type, City, State etc. Those fields can always be updated on the System, or through an upload.
Uploads / Original Add Account Form
The original Add Account form continues to be available along with all the functionality to add additional addresses and other Designations, such as Business Types, Initiatives etc. Account Name will be the only required field. Access the original full Add form using the Add New Account link in the Navigation drop-down
Account uploads also continue to be available, either to add new accounts/contacts or to add information to existing accounts on the System.

Display Contact Info in Selector / Contact Module added to Listings Report
View Contact Phone # and Email on Contact Selector
Contact telephone numbers and email links will now display in the Contact Selector after searching or selecting a contact. This saves time by not having to click into the Acct. Contact tab for the desired contact info.
Use the Quick Action drop-down, click Select Contact. Search for the desired contact.
Contact Module added to Account Listings Report
Contact information can now be displayed on the Account Listings Report. In the Report Options at the bottom of the center section, open the Include Contact Fields drop-down. Select any or all of the below fields to include on the report.
- Contact Name (1 Column)
- First & Last Name (2 Columns)
- Contact Tag
- Contact Title
- Department
- Office Phone
- Mobile Phone
- Email

Add New Account Link / Account Number / Custom Help
Add New Account from Account Selector
An 'Add New Account' link has been added on the bottom left of the Account Selector.
When searching for an account to enter into the system - if the account doesn't exist - click the 'Add New Account' button to display the Add New Account page. This saves time by not having to go back to the Quick Action Link drop-down to access the New Account page.
New Account Number Location
The Account Number field has been added (moved) to the Acct. Profile page, along with 2 additional account identifier fields. They are located on the right side under the heading - Account Identifiers.
Previously the account number field was a user-defined field in Tags/Filters. Moving it to the Profile page allows for easier access when entering new accounts and easier access when adding account #'s to a report.

For all clients, a Custom Help section has been added. This section provides instructions for your Custom functionality and company CRM workflow.
Access Custom Help by clicking the help icon (?), then click link with your company name.

Reports / My Tasks / Quick Navigation Links (QNL)
Email Contacts Directly From Reports
On all reports where a contact is displayed - Emails can now be sent to those contacts directly from the report - without leaving the report (as well as view phone numbers and other contact info). This makes updating reports and subsequently communicating to prospects and clients faster and easier.
While viewing a report, click the Contact Name to display the contact information in a gold bubble pop-up. Click the Send Email link to send an email. Click the Contact Name in the gold bubble to switch to the Acct. Contact tab.
Keep in mind that any AccTRACKER report - either in it's entirety or an individual line item - can be sent to other users in your company with a Report Alert. (or users outside your company by setting them as Email Only users)
My Tasks - Updating Made Easier
Keeping your Next Action Dates and Alerts up-to-date has never been simpler!
And whats more important than having your Next Actions and Alerts current?? By doing so it saves time, keeps your sales process moving forward, and prevents opportunities from being missed.
Updating your Next Action Dates and Alerts on your Task page can be now be made directly from View Mode - without having to open the entire Task - making updating these a snap!
- Update Next Action Dates - double click the date for the task item, make the change in the calendar pop-up.
- Update Alerts - click the check-box in the alert column to display a gold bubble pop-up, then update the day/time of the alert.
Quick Action Navigation Links - Upper Right Drop Down (QAL)
- The User Profile list has been moved to the QAL from the ADMIN page. Permission is needed to access this.
- The Install Checklist has been moved to the QAL from the ADMIN page. Permission is needed to access this.

Profile Tab / Data Trackers / Account Type
Profile Tab
Referrals: For easier access, the Referral list - both Company and Individual - has been moved to the top center section of the Profile Tab. The functionality remains the same. Keep in mind that Referrals can be added to any report on the System by selecting a Referral in the Tags / Filters list on the Report Dashboard.
Website List: The Website list has been moved to the right of the Profile Summary. The functionality remains the same, with preset choices for Company website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google +, Twitter and 3 user-defined options.
Stayed Tuned as the Additional Information Section (lower third) is being enhanced and will be released shortly. This section is currently using the original interface display.
Data Tab Trackers
Responding to clients requests - delete buttons have been added to Trackers (such as Sales Tracking, Account Issues Tracking etc.). Users still need permissions to delete Trackers. Your System Administrator or AccTRACKER Customer Service can authorize that.
Account Type
The full Account Type name will now display on the Listing Tab and Listings Report. Formerly only the short name had displayed.

New Interface is now Available
The Renovations are Complete !!
We're happy to announce the release of our updated user-interface. After 10 years of productive service, we felt it was time for a little freshening up.
Although some colors, graphics and visuals have changed - the simplicity of AccTRACKER remains the same - continuing to be the most intuitive and user-friendly CRM available!
The initial feedback on the new design is very positive, and we look forward to a successful full roll-out.
Our CRM could not have grown over the years without the input and support from our friends and users. We want to thank them for their contributions and feedback with this project.
And as always, also a big thanks to everyone that has, and continues to participate in our Referral Partner Program . It continues to drive our business and is a big factor in our continued growth.

New Private Contacts (My Contacts)
An additional level of privacy is now available for contacts.
To keep a listing of your personal contacts, a new section called My Contacts has been added. It`s completely private, no other user, including the System Administrator has access.
Contacts in this new section will not be associated with any account in the System.
However, these contacts can be switched into a new or existing account on the System. To switch a contact, click the Existing Account or New Account button in the upper-right side.
Once switched, a contact becomes visible to all other users - providing a user has permission to view the account where the contact resides.
My Contacts, along with My Notes, now reside as sub-tabs in the new My Stuff tab - which replaces the My Notes tab. My Notes opens as the default display in My Stuff.
